Definition of Yachts:
Units between 10.00 m and not longer than 24.00 m
Yachts must have the following documents on board:
- sailing license;
- motor power declaration (only if the unit has an outboard motor);
- insurance policy (the certificate must be displayed clearly );
- limited RTF certificate (operator);
- boating license, if the installed engine has more than 40.8 HP and in any case if the yacht sails beyond six miles from the coast;
- RTF operating license (obligatory for all units that sail beyond six miles from the coast).

THE ABOVE MENTIONED DOCUMENTS, IN NATIONAL PORTS, MAY BE HELD ON BORD IN AUTHENTICATED COPY
